This construction located in the street the Sun of a single height, is shown as a building of curious characteristics since for its small size it presents characteristic elements of the larger homes. Located between medians and occupying a plot with a backyard, it was erected in the 18th century following the guidelines of the popular land house that has been developed since the 16th century in the municipality, with the use of materials from the place for the execution of its bearing walls by means of masonry, and the common use of sloping roof of Arabic tile with facades of very simple compositional scheme. |

Rectangular building with a few small annexes to the north and south, giving an appearance of 'U ' with interior patio, with a single height and resolved its main crunch through the use of wooden structure of pair and row with three-sided Arab roof tile covering. Its highly degraded main façade, like the rest of it, is composed of four open-plan bays, with the provision of a central door flanked by two windows of similar characteristics and wooden carpentry, with the inclusion of the fourth room displaced on the left and smaller. In the interior of the building, the traditional seats of a chair associated with the windows as well as part of its wooden pavements are still preserved. |
