Interesting five-bay property located at the intersection of EL Sol street and Cantillo alley, in which a compositional simplicity is maintained in its facade of openings arranged in conjunction with the figurative abstraction in the decoration that they include within the typology of ecc cical property, being able to be dated at the end of the 19th century and beginning of the 20th century. |

Building originally configured through a plant in 'L ' that forms the urban corner in which the construction is inserted. Due to the steep slope, the building of two heights on the interior facades only shows a height on its main front, where a lower cage runs through the whole country or interrupted by the five openings of marked vertical character that open in the neat way, showing a decorative approach with flat molding and central key. A cornice line marks the level of the flat roof slab, crowning the facade a parapet resolved by balustrade. |
