This building, which was located on El Sol Street and was part of a larger building together with the number 29, presents characteristics similar to the vernacular architecture developed in the municipality during the 18th century through the provision of a building of two floors with the use of materials of the place for the execution of its bearing walls by means of masonry, and the common use of sloping roof of Arabic tile with facades of very simple compositional scheme. The segregation of the property has produced susceptible changes in the formal configuration of its facades and materials of its carpenters.

Construction that conformed a single building unit with the number 29 of this street, in its beginnings it developed a rectangular plant, after its segregation the colmatation of its backyard took place by the later annexed building modules. Currently with two heights and covered with three waters covered with curved tile. Its main front with four openings distributed in an asymmetric way housing a window door on the ground floor and two windows on the high floor. The country is topped by a scallop topped with a curved tile eave that conceals the slopes of the sloping roof.
