This building, which was located on El Sol Street and was part of a larger building together with the number 31, presents characteristics similar to the vernacular architecture developed in the municipality during the 18th century through the provision of a building of two floors with the use of materials of the place for the execution of its bearing walls by means of masonry, and the common use of sloping roof of Arabic tile with facades of very simple compositional scheme. The segregation of the property has produced susceptible changes in the formal configuration of its facades. |

Construction that conformed a single building unit with the number 31 of this street, in its beginnings it developed a rectangular plant, acquiring after its segregation a configuration in 'L ' by the later annexed building modules. Currently with two heights and covered with three waters covered with curved tile, it is topped with eaves on the facade, where it shows a simple composition with the opening of three openings, two on the ground floor and one on the top, keeping the two windows a vertical axis and moving the door to the left side of the plane of the country. |
