Despite its transformations and reforms, the property maintains the architectural features of a traditional home, despite surviving between two contemporary buildings and the replacement of its original carpenter with one of similar characteristics. It follows the guidelines of the popular terraced house that has been developed since the 16th century in the municipality, with the use of materials of the place for the execution of its bearing walls by means of masonry and the common use of sloping roof of Arabic tile with Facades of very simple compositional scheme. This property is specifically dated in the 18th century.

Property erected on a small rectangular floor by walls of stone and mud, reached a unique height. The arrangement of the openings is ordered, according to the traditional compositional system in this style of architecture. The roof is two curved tile waters made on a pair and ice structure. Architecturally, the house develops a private patio in the back area of a private character.

The property is characterized by its rectangular facade of a single plant with a traditional distribution of openings. The values of the traditional architecture on the facade are maintained despite the replacement of the carpenter. It is erected by stone and mud walls, covering the whole with a sloping roof of curved tile.-El Puerto, 6

By placing a wall on the original side façade, a thin thickness sill is generated. To facilitate the evacuation of the water, the eaves are cut over this area and make a channel that redirects the waters to certain evacuation points. Originally the roof is topped on the facade line with a curved roof tile eave and blanket over a row of teeth.-El Puerto, 6

In the lower part of the window there is a fixed part called a sill with geometric relief molding composed of two frames. The upper part is made up of two folding leaves made of wood. Each sheet is divided into six glazed quarters that allows interior lighting. The set is finished with a flat frame with a decoration of half-round sketches with embossed squares and carved with circular geometric motifs in the corners.-El Puerto, 6
