Located on El Puerto Street, the property dates back to the 17th-18th century, being a model of popular architecture. Building that follows the guidelines of the popular terraced house that has been developing since the 16th century in the municipality, with the use of materials from the place for the execution of its bearing walls by means of masonry and the common use of sloping roof of Arabic tile with facades of very simple compositional scheme, generally by placing openings on a symmetrical axis marked by the access door and windows to its flanks.

It is a simple building of a height plant that adapts the orography to the land. The rectangular plan leaves a small orchard in the back, currently replaced by a more contemporary building. Despite the small size of the main façade, there is a studied volumetric and compositional game, reflected by the orderly placement of the openings. The property is built using stone and mud walls, closing the complex with a sloping roof of curved roof tile.

Situación

The main facade follows the traditional architecture guidelines of a height with a compositional scheme of door and window, where the original carpentry is maintained. The set is covered with a sloping roof with three curved tile waters.-El Puerto, 20

The access door to the property is characterized by being composed of two folding sheets of planked wood. It is located superiorly, on the set, a dust cover.-El Puerto, 20

The window as a singular and original element is divided into three parts. In the lower part there is a fixed part called sill with relief geometric molding. The central part is made up of two folding leaves made of wood. Each sheet is divided into four quarters decorated with geometric relief motifs (three fixed rectangular ones and a larger rectangular quarter that makes shutters). In the upper part there is a glazed upright that allows interior lighting. It has a flat frame without molding.-El Puerto, 20

On the rectangular floor of the main building, a roof with three curved tile roofs on a pair and row wooden structure is made to cover the whole. Overhanging a simple channel eave and shelter over a row of teeth on the facade.-El Puerto, 20
