Domestic architecture with a plant in the form of 'L ' that presents a fusion of aesthetic features and different influences, which encompass it within the typology of ecological property, which incorporates new construction processes, structural systems and habitability improvements , the property structured in two heights, as is characteristic of the style, presents a symmetrical facade from the vertical axis that divides it into two equal parts, composed of eight openings four to four perfectly arranged Cartesian, with great decorative features, and of great height, giving the house a wide ventilation and contribution of light. In the lower part, all the gaps correspond to doors, appearing on the east side a door and garage, and on the first floor four windows protected by a concrete sill with geometric motifs. To finish off the façade, on the ledge, there is a concrete balustrade equal to that applied to the windows, which extends across the width of the front, interrupted by decorated pilasters, behind which the flat roof is located.
