This hacienda located in El Moc n street is located on the border between this population center and the Holy Cross, it is a Canarian building of popular style, where its configuration is linked in its origin to the vin cola activity, very important activity in this sector of the population, as the existence in the house of a traditional winery denotes, ethnographic piece of high cultural value that still preserved. |

This building, of great constructive simplicity, is composed of several bodies of a height, which rise at an elevated point, aligned to the public road. It presents a rectangular plan as a whole, where the north and south façades are presented with a pa or large length parallel to the v a. Inside it houses the housing area, in addition to the storage and storage facilities, and the traditional winery. The roofing system is simple, executed with flat roof in the bodies located to the west, while the rest are resolved to four waters, with the exception of the winery, which is covered with the traditional gable roof. |
