Property that stands on the popular El Medio de Arriba street, whose main module was built in the first quarter of the twentieth century, could be occupied by a previous plant building in 'L ', which was modified this front by the construction of a building of marked eclectic style of two heights with balustrade railing on the roof and application of ornamental fences on their balconies on the upper floor. |

Building whose main module hides a backyard offset from its axis thanks to the South wing. This module, with a rectangular floor plan and two heights, has a front with three vertical axes where the openings of archery to escarzana open in it are aligned. The ground floor with a running frieze, shows the entrance door centered and framed by a flat molding with decorative key, as well as the windows on its sides. The line of a ledge broken by the balconies marks the level of the first floor in which three openings are opened, their bodies flown on decorative dogs finished off with a slab of forging work. The entire composition is crowned by a double cornice on the roof floor and finished with a balustrade sill with cups. |
