Property that stands during the eighteenth century, in the popular El Medio de Arriba street. Where the usual canons of the primitive mud jar architecture present in the archipelago are applied, through the provision of a two-story building with a curious vertical symmetry in the distribution of the openings and the use of the roof hipped. He has currently undergone some interventions that have altered his original appearance such as the application of a cladding in the frieze that runs through its lower part and the replacement of the carpenters. |

Rectangular building with two heights that houses a patio in the back. In the composition of its front can be seen a composition with vertical symmetry but not horizontal in the opening of its openings of straight lintel, a curious case within this typology. It shows three openings in the ground floor and two in the high one, reserving the central one for the access cover. The solution of its roof corresponds to a classic typology in these constructions, through the use of a pair and row wooden structure with Arabic tile covering. |
