Property that stands in an advanced seventeenth century, on the popular El Medio de Arriba street. Where the usual canons of mud jar architecture present in the archipelago are applied, such as the appearance of an off-center patio of the axis by the wing of the building that forms its plant in 'L ' wrapped by galer as of wood on right feet and with works of the carpenters of the white in their windows and covered to four waters.

Building of plant in 'L ', and two heights configured around a patio and open in its back to the ravine of God nez. The distribution corresponds to elements common to this type of buildings, being equipped with a central access cover, which preserves the pavement of stone slabs, and gives way to the patio and the staircase of two sections made of wood through which nods to the closed corridor (supported with dogs, career and right feet in wood on stone bases) that runs and serves the rooms present on the upper floor. In the West and overlooking the ravine a piece on jabalcones could have housed the toilet.

The main façade composed by the characteristic three by three with a regular arrangement of the six openings that appear in it (three on the upper floor and three on the ground floor), presents the carpenters of the upper floor with the peculiar carpentry carved through decorative frames, jambs with ri onera seat inside all of it in wood. While the lower suffer the replacement of the openings corresponding to the side windows with doors with the loss of these carpenters that were replaced by other more characteristic of the late nineteenth or early twentieth centuries.
