This building located on El Medio Street features a traditional architecture of popular mud jar style, typical of the late 17th century early 18th century. |

The mud jar-style property has two heights, with its value falling on the first creak, where the main facade consists of six openings, three at the bottom, two doors and a window, and three large windows on the top floor. They are to emphasize the carpenter in wood applied in the hollows, own of the XVIII century and of high patrimonial value. The façade is finished off by an extended roof eave formed by a double tile row. It is also noteworthy the roof, resolved to four waters with Arabic tile, executed on a wooden structure of pair and row. In its interior, due to the different uses it has had, it does not retain outstanding architectural values. |
