This building located on El Medio Street, has a facade of ecological influence of the late nineteenth century, however it is a much older building that follows the guidelines of the popular land house that has been developing since the sixteenth century in the town. This house, as it happened to many others, at the end of the 19th century at the beginning of the 20th century is intervened in its facade adapting to the present style of the time. |

This building of ecological influence, built between medians, maintains the typical peak scheme of the traditional Canarian terrestrial house, of a single height, with a very simple compositional scheme on its facade, window-door-window, and with a system of simple and rudimentary roofs, solved in its first crunch, by means of a cover to three waters with French tile executed on a structure of wood of pair and row. The front, without great decorative features, is finished off by a blind masonry sill behind which the cover is hidden. |
