This building presents an ecological architecture adopted in the first half of the twentieth century, since it is a much older building that follows the guidelines of the popular land house that has been developed since the sixteenth century in the municipality, with the use of own materials of the place for the execution of its bearing walls by means of masonry, and with facades of very simple compositional scheme. This house, as it happened to many others in the twentieth century, is intervened above all in its façade, acquiring the appearance to which it is presented today. |

The plot is located at a limited corner on the streets El Medio and La Acequia, in which two modules of a single height rise. The main body has an trapezoidal eclectic facade due to the steep slope present in the va, in which three openings, window-door-window, maintaining the peak t scheme of the Canarian land house. The facade is presented with an elaborate decoration, framing the rectangular holes and arranging in the windows a balustrade sill, finishing off the front is the cornice that marks the line of the flat roof on which a balustrade with crowned pilasters with tip appears of diamond Attached to this body, the second one stands, solved with a cover to three waters, with a simple decoration that makes a corner in a corner where a garage door is located, leaving a door in El Medio street and in La Acequia street two windows, the façade of this module is topped by a ledge on which the blind parapet of mamposter to which the cover hides appears. |
