The single-height house, between medians, has a very closed 'U ' shaped plant , which is covered by a four-water roof with the traditional Arab roof tile, executed on a pair and row wooden structure.

The typology of the Canarian terrera house is used, which has lost its original facade configuration, of which it only retains the central access door to the property, since due to the needs of the owners it has undergone major reforms, losing the windows that were one on each side of the door. These windows have been transformed, one in garage door, and the other, in a door of access to the small one or commerce that lodges one of the dependencies of the property.
