Traditional housing that complies with the scheme of the Canarian terrera house, of humble condition, of a single height and very simple compositional scheme. The facade has, like the rest of the existing ones in the va, trapezoidal form due to the steep slope of the street. In it two openings, door-window, and is finished off by a double-row eave of tile. The property currently has a plant in 'L ' in which you can differentiate the first original creak and a module built afterwards with flat roof attached to it. In addition to the façade, the three-water roof with Arabic tile stands out, maintaining the set that makes up the first creak to the essence of the original construction. |
