This architectural ensemble located on Calle El Jardn, presents a traditional Canarian architecture, erected as an agricultural complex dedicated to the administration of the adjacent farms, housing in its origin, the housing stays for the farmers, as well as the dependencies for the storage of products, and stables. The body of a height is currently in disuse presenting an advanced state of deterioration, while the rest of the building has been objects of different interventions.

This agricultural complex is formed by several bodies of one and two heights, presently present some of them somewhat altered due to interventions, however original pieces are preserved as is the case of the stepped modules, aligned to the va, which they have a long facade in which a series of openings are cut, which do not follow any order of composition, since they were executed in those places where they were necessary without taking into account the aesthetic aspect. The roofing system is simple, resolved to two waters with Arabic tile, executed on a wooden structure of pairs with ridge beam, except for the bodies of two heights, finished off by a flat roof.
