This building located on Calle El Jardin, is a building of humble condition, which was part of an old agricultural complex of which only this testimony is maintained, possibly built in the eighteenth century. Originally it presented greater features of the traditional Canarian architecture topped by a four-water roof, which disappears after an intervention in which the property is provided with a roof. |

It is a building of humble condition, with two floors of heights, where its narrow facade to the street El Jardn is composed of two openings, door-window, presenting on the side facade a small window, and a staircase exterior that connects the upper floor with the roof, which arises after an intervention in which the property is provided with a flat roof, thus disappearing the original, possibly resolved to four waters with Arabic tile. |
