This building located in the street El Jard n, has a traditional Canarian architecture, built in the early nineteenth century, probably in its origin it was a larger property of which only the one corresponding to this portion of the facade is preserved. |

It is a building between medians, of two heights, which has a facade composed of four openings, two on the ground floor, corresponding to the access door to the building and a small window, while on the upper floor they are cut two sash windows with a blind masonry sill to be framed in wood with flat molding. Topping the front has a double-row eave of tiles extending the roof, resolved to three waters with Arabic tile, on a pair and row wooden structure in the first creak. |
