This building located in the street El Jard n, was built as a residential place for a family dedicated to agricultural work, being originally a house of smaller dimensions than currently presented, since at the end of the 19th century It is transformed, acquiring a larger volume, also formulated as an urban character housing in the composition of its facade. |

It is a building of two heights, with a rectangular plan, where the roofing system is solved by means of four-water roofs with Arabic tile, executed on a wooden structure of pair and iron, except for the rear bodies , of more recent origin, topped by flat roofs. The north-facing main façade is composed of six openings, which do not keep a symmetry, although they are aligned, situated three on the ground floor and three windows on the upper floor. |
