This building located on Calle el Jardn, was built at the beginning of the 19th century, erected as a dwelling place for a family dedicated to the agricultural exploitation of the area. During the centuries after its construction, different bodies were added to it due to the needs demanded by the agricultural activity. At present the house is in a state of abandonment. |

We are facing a building composed of several terraced bodies, which has a plant in the form of 'U ', leaving inside a small patio open to the west. The main body of two heights goes back to the origin of the building, where its main facade is composed of four ordered openings, the access door and a window on the ground floor, and two windows on the top floor, leaving this module topped by a four-water roof with Arabic tile, on a pair and row wooden structure, where the rear skirt extends to cover a rear body of a single height, located next to this other small volume topped with a cover to a water. On the west side, coinciding with the plane that defines the main façade, a module of one height, with a flat roof, and a single opening in its front facing the other gaps, possibly arisen after the need demanded by the work agr cola. |
