This building could belong together with others to the houses destined to house the workers of the Mayorazgo de Castro, given its location on the way of communication of the Rambla de Castro with the Ingenio and the Embarcadero del Guindaste. It is a building of a popular character compared to the rest of the buildings. Oriales del Mayorazgo, which gives it an important historical value and exemplifies the housing of the workers in this area. |

The building is presented as a sum of different housing modules of rectangular plan, which were added to the original core. It is worth noting the solution of the roofs, mainly in buildings attached to a water and with rough wooden squares, which gives it a character of popular architecture and few means. The main room is resolved with a gable roof and presents the opening of a west-facing entrance opening on which a window is opened. To the north of the main module the kitchen with a water cover was built and to the East, attached to the back of these, two rooms covered with a water appear. |
