This building located in the area of Icod el Alto, is a sample of the traditional rural architecture of the municipality of Los Realejos, erected at the end of the 18th century. It shows the traditional adaptation to the hillside of these buildings, with the use of materials of the place for the execution of its bearing walls by means of masonry using in its covering the simple roofing system, made by means of a roof with four curved tile roofs on a pair and row structure, remaining remains that attest to what remained topped by a wooden balcony that gave access to the upper floor, on which to run to the roof.

This simple building of two heights and rectangular plan, presents a hillside adaptation being its southern part protected by the uneven terrain, this area is used to locate a small backyard. Its structure made by the traditional use of stone and mud masonry walls on which the wooden structure of the pair and row of the roof covered with Arabic tile roof rests. Its main façade, located to the north, shows the opening of three openings per floor and remains that attest to the existence of a wooden wooden balcony supported by dogs with the access ladder attached to the left of the facade and covered all by the extension n of the roof skirt on it, being currently only a small part to the left of the facade.
