Building made in a small plot, follows the guidelines of the Canarian rural architecture that has been developed since the 16th century in the municipality, with the use of materials from the place for the execution of its bearing walls by means of masonry, and the common use of sloping roof of Arabic tile with facades of very simple compositional scheme. The building dates back to the building in the mid-nineteenth century, but according to its construction system and features it could be dated in the eighteenth century. |

Honoring the typology of housing, it is a building of extreme humility, which denotes its rural character although it is currently located in an urban environment. The property is built on a rectangular floor at a height through stone and mud walls, highlighting the use of carved ashlars intertwined in its corners. The roof is inclined to three waters on a pair and row structure topped with curved tiles. A simple eave stands out on the wall of the walls. |
