Dated in the nineteenth century, despite being located in an urban environment (La Cruz Santa), the property is included within the buildings linked to agricultural farms. The property is built on a slope between two streets. When located at the intersection of the two ways, the house has a complex polygonal plant where it is originally understood that its plant was in 'L '. The property has two heights, the upper part where the rest and daily life areas are located, and the lower part destined to work uses. The existing gaps are characterized by lacking any order in addition to their great variety of sizes and characteristics.
