This unique architectural complex located in the El Mocan neighborhood, in Ctra. Nueva, despite its recent interventions, maintains the popular Canarian mud jar architecture, built in the 18th century. We are faced with an agricultural complex that presents a vernacular architecture, configured from its origin for the development of these activities.

Architectural complex formed by several bodies, which have been executed in function of the existing needs, due to the demand demanded by the development of the agricultural activity, in which the property is framed. As part of this agricultural complex, some original bodies built in the 18th century are preserved, which maintain the essence of the mud jar architecture, built at a single height except for the module located further north, corresponding to the storage barn, which due To the topography existing in the land develops a second height. The roofing system is simple, solved in the volcanoes located to the north, by means of a wooden structure of four-row wood and row with Arabic tile, and with gable roofs with a structure of pairs and ridge beam in those located south of the set, leaving the rest of bodies filled by a flat roof.
