Domestic architecture of a single height, which complies with the schemes of the Canarian terrera house, where its main facade, of very simple compositional scheme, is formed by two openings, window-door. This is very distorted due to interventions, which have caused its exterior appearance is affected. At the moment it presents an irregular plant in which four modules are differentiated, making a reading of this one, we could say that the oldest part of the building conforms it, the first creak to four waters, to which two vol are added menes, one to four waters in diamond point and another to three waters, all of them with Arabic tile, presenting a form of 'L ', originally with backyard. Probably after an extension made in the 20th century, the fourth module emerges, as evidenced by the flat roof it presents.
