The property was originally built in the 17th century, presenting the scheme t pico de casa terrera. Entering the twentieth century housing is intervened mainly in the facade under the canons of popular eclecticism, preserving the original layout of the openings. |

Housing between medians, of a single height, that presents a rectangular plant in its first original crunch, to which another later module solved with flat roof is attached in the 20th century. The main facade also intervened in the twentieth century, adapts to the inclination of the street, and there are three openings, window-window-door. Stresses the incorporation of the cornice of concrete finishing off the facade, as well as the carpenter used in the openings and the cover with four waters of Arabic tile hidden behind the parapet. |
