The property dated to its original construction in the 18th century is one of the oldest preserved in the area. In its origins it belonged to a wealthy local family, owners of land and cereal products. After passing through several families throughout its history, in 1952 it provisionally assumes the location of the San Agust n school because of the fire of the old school. It remains as a school until 1990 when it closes. The house is dated in the eighteenth century, although partially intervened in its facade throughout the nineteenth and twentieth centuries, when new buildings are incorporated over the original gardens of the property. Historically, the property is included in the mud jar style with an intimate relationship between its architectural forms and its functionality, with clear and precise functional schemes, with wide walls that allow to hold the thrusts and give useful spaces. Its architectural composition recalls the essence of this style, not only for the materials used, but for the balanced composition of its openings depending on the uses intended by plant. |

The property, despite its transformations throughout history and the new buildings made on what were the property's orchards along La Virgen street, has its original plant in the form of 'L '. It is erected by stone and mud walls until it reaches a height of two heights in the main module and three heights in the secondary module that served as a barn. The property has an entrance hall with stone pavement that gives access to a backyard where there is a corridor on right feet which is accessed by an exterior wooden staircase. The arrangement of the openings in its main facade is neat and somewhat more random in the side facade. The set is covered with two roofs with four curved tile roofs on a pair and row structure made of wood. In the perimeter areas of the roofs in contact with mediating walls or perimeter walls, the waters of the precipitations are redirected to wood ranges. |
