On the road that goes from Tigaiga to the coastal area, near the existing farmland between Los Quintos, San Vicente and Realejo Bajo, we find a manifestation of rural rural architecture, although with a marked urban character that can be dated in XIX century. Belonging to a wealthy mediator or agr cola owner. In the case of the property, there was a dilatation of the plant at the beginning of the 20th century by the creation of new brick factories and the formation of a functional unit attached to the original property, clearly differentiated by the construction materials and the roof pitch inclined to flat with sill and balustrade (originally). This circumstance that enlarges the main building on the surface gives the whole an eclectic appearance. |

On a rectangular floor (originally) this building of two heights is built that can only be seen from the inside of the plot, since the slope of the land causes only one to appear on the slope to the street. After successive modifications, the plant is transformed into a plant in 'L ', a module for the implement room and kitchen is built around a backyard that breaks its original rear elevation, while the street façade is provided an urban scale of a height. The arrangement of the gaps is arranged with an external staircase for access to the upper floor made of wood in the rear façade. The ground floor is used as a non-warehouse warehouse, and the division between the two floors is resolved by means of a wooden clad with wood chips. The set is covered with a water cover (predictably) on the kitchen module, with four waters with a flat roof tile and a pair and row structure in the original main nave, finishing the set with a flat roof in the extension zone n of the new plant made towards the street. |
