This house should be part of the occupation carried out after the disintegration of the main estate, forming a set around a common courtyard where several houses were located, of which only the two constructions located in the opposite angles survive.

The original estate belonged to the Hoyo family, becoming the owner of the Marqu s del Sauzal family during the 18th century, and it was approximately in 1830 when it passed into the hands of Carlos Uque and Osorio and Antonio F. Riquel y Agulo . Later in 1843 he was acquired by D. Fulgencio Melo and Calzadilla at his death passed to his five children as heirs, the property remaining among his descendants.

Rectangular floor construction, and a single height with a single NO-SE oriented ridge. The main façade has three irregularly distributed rectangular openings, while the rear façade also has three openings, which have been transformed in recent years according to the signs that are appreciated, removing the original carpenters of greater size. The windows, than the current ones. The covering is solved by means of a cover to three waters where the prolongation of one of its skirts results in a facade with the coronation of the inclined wall.
