This unique architectural unit, located on El Moc n street, presents a simple architecture linked to eclecticism, which was built at the end of the 19th century, based on the architectural evolution of the traditional Canarian house, is originally linked to the agricultural and livestock activity, while maintaining the lateral portal that gives access to the backyard, through a staircase, which acted as a reception for farm workers.

This building is composed of several bodies, of two and three heights with backyard, where its simple urban character architecture linked to popular eclecticism still retains traits of rural estates. Its main facade to El Moc street is organized through the draft six openings perfectly arranged three to three, starting from an axis of symmetry where the main access door to the building is located, leaving the Fachada o frontispicio de una fábrica o de otra cosa.

The main body has a four-water roof with a pair and row wooden structure with French tile roofing, the intermediate one, with three heights, is finished off with a flat roof, providing the house with a roof, and the back of two heights is solved by a gable structure of pairs and ridge beam with French tile.
