Dated in the twentieth century, between the twenties and thirties, stands on part of an old single-storey house with thick walls, which denotes the increase in the purchasing power of its owner. The compositional simplicity and the figurative abstraction of the property where there is a fusion of aesthetic features and different influences encompasses it within the typology of ecological property, built next to the Godinez ravine. In this way, the incipient ecological style incorporates new construction processes, structural systems and improvements in habitability.

Located a short distance from the center of Tigaiga and San Agust n, next to Puerto Franco Street, this property is located on a small slope of the land, resulting in a property that has undergone profound modifications and reforms for its adaptation to the exploitation farming and accommodation of a single family family. The building is an elongated rectangular plan construction as a general characteristic, transforming itself into a plant shaped like a 'L ' throughout its history, housing both residential and production units in the same building. In the main facade with openings to the public vap, the access doors are opened, using an interesting cobbled front space. Before this public access courtyard is the most interesting architectural facade, with an orderly arrangement of the openings, predictably unfinished. The facade is topped off with a parapet that delimits the flat roof perimeter. The carpenter on the top floor stands out for its design and for the sill rails.

The building has masonry load walls that have been revoked, wood beam beams with splintering and flat roofs, both of which are horizontally covered below with a low ceiling.

The main facade that communicates with Puerto Franco Street is characterized by a rectangular shape in two heights, with a small or bankrupt corner right in the center of the country. Superiorly, it is finished off with a parapet decorated with a cornice that prevents it from appreciating its flat roof. The arrangement of the openings is neat, although predictably unfinished.-Casa del Puente (Puerto Franco, 70)

Perspective of the east facade, in contact with the ravine of Godinez, which allows us to appreciate the bankruptcy of the facade from its central axis. Between the main facade and the public vap, a cobbled courtyard is generated, the only witness that remains in the area.-Casa del Puente (Puerto Franco, 70)

On the upper floor there are window doors composed of two folding leaves with a fixed room in the lower part and the upper part of the set is made up of glass shutters that mimic guillotine windows. Inside, some lighted leaves are placed. It has a flat frame highlighting a dust cover at the top of the window. The existing secondary door on the ground floor is of elementary construction, based on two folding leaves with rectangular squares arranged vertically. It is little worked, it presents modest rectangular highlights that cover the entire quarter n. Superior was originally a stile. The main door of access to the property continues with the simple and little elaborated design of the rest of the carpenter outside the property. Composed of simple pieces of wood, with slightly thick moldings. The door consists of two folding leaves divided in turn into six rectangular frames with geometric embossing. Superior was a glazed upright with turned wooden balusters outside. It has a flat frame highlighting a dust cover at the top of the window.-Casa del Puente (Puerto Franco, 70)
