The house is built throughout the seventeenth-eighteenth century next to the house of the Espinosa family. On the facade is a cross, the cross of the bakers, which does not allow to find out the trade of the former owners. Building follows the guidelines of the popular terraced house that has been developed since the 16th century in the municipality, with the use of materials typical of the place for the execution of its bearing walls by means of masonry and the common use of sloping roof of tile Arabic with facades of very simple compositional scheme.

Casa de las Panaderas (García Estrada, 10)

The property is developed at a height on a square floor, although over the years, new bill modules and modern materials have been built. It is erected through walls of stone and mud, opening in its facade three openings (originally a door and two windows). The set is covered with a sloping roof with two curved tile waters on a wooden bearing structure called pair and row.

The only one height building generates a rectangular main facade of small dimensions. The arrangement of the openings has been distorted with the inclusion of a new, more modern billing door, although the other two carpenters have also been replaced. The roof is inclined to two curved tile waters on a pair and row structure.-Casa de las Panaderas (García Estrada, 10)

The non-original door and located in the new vain generated is characterized by a folding leaf with geometric relief decoration based on rectangular frames. Details or signs that show the existence in this area of a window with similar characteristics and dimensions to which it is preserved are appreciated.-Casa de las Panaderas (García Estrada, 10)

The window, located in the original opening but with a more modern invoice, is composed of a railing with rectangular frames, a central part with two folding leaves and an upper part with an upright.-Casa de las Panaderas (García Estrada, 10)
