Located on El Puerto Street, the property dates back to the 17th-18th century, being a model of popular architecture. Building that follows the guidelines of the popular terraced house that has been developing since the 16th century in the municipality, with the use of materials from the place for the execution of its bearing walls by means of masonry and the common use of sloping roof of Arabic tile with facades of very simple compositional scheme, generally by placing openings on a symmetrical axis marked by the access door and windows to its flanks.

It is a simple two-storey building that adapts the orography of the land existing in the public area a rectangular facade of a height and in the most private area a facade of two, led by the difference of dimension between the two levels. The rectangular plant leaves a small orchard in the back. Despite the small size of the main façade, there is a studied volumetric and compositional game, reflected by the orderly placement of the openings. Highlights the pillars located in the backyard, which supports the upper floor. On the facade there is a parapet that conceals the real view of the roof inclined to four waters of curved tiles.

The main façade of public character is composed of a unique height, although it subsequently has two floors propitiated by the uneven terrain. The arrangement of the openings is orderly. The set is covered with a four-water roof of curved tiles.-Casa de Víctor Yanes (El Puerto, 16)

The door continues with the simple and little elaborated design of the rest of the carpenter outside the building. Composed of simple pieces of wood, with slightly thick moldings. The door consists of two folding leaves divided in turn into four rectangular frames without moldings. Another of the doors is two folding sheets of elementary construction, based on two rectangular squares arranged vertically. The window as a singular and original element is divided into three parts. In the lower part there is a fixed part called sill with relief geometric molding. The central part is made up of two folding leaves made of wood. Each sheet is divided into five quarters decorated with geometric relief motifs (three fixed rectangular and two rectangular frames more than make shutters).
