Building present in the street of La Castilleja, next to the historic communal road of La Pasada de La Carreta that communicated different population centers with the Orotava Valley. The traditional character house dates from the early twentieth century. |

Building of a single height and that only has a mediating wall corresponding to the East, with rectangular plan and two-sided façade, It is composed of two modules showing the main four-sided roof with a wooden structure of pair and row and flat roof covering, while the secondary is resolved with a gable roof. The main front to North, contains four openings that house the door-window-door-window arrangement, to the east side it presents a single opening, responding in the South orientation with a blind wall. |
