Built according to the predominant regionalist language in the Canary Islands according to the project of the architect Tom s Machado, dating back to 1950 in its construction. The architect Tom s Machado and M ndez Fern ndez de Lugo finished the Architecture career in Barcelona in the course 1935/1936, being appointed chief architect of the Cabildo de Tenerife after the death of Marrero Regalado in 1956. Architect manages elements in his language more authentic within the post-war architecture prevailing at the time. Tom s Machado follows the Canarist lines, a peculiar style of ornate and monumental aspect that has been called 'olonary Baroque '.

The building is organized on a rectangular floor, where the main façade has an orderly, balanced and harmonious distribution of its openings according to schemes and ecological lines with the existence of an access door and a commercial door on the ground floor, while in Upstairs you have a window and a door-window with direct access to a balcony flown of reinforced concrete. In the property, commercial use is distinguished on the ground floor and residential use on the upper floor. The facade stands out for its compound and complex decoration, highlighting the arrangement of the openings, decorative works, the balcony, the rosette on the door and the curved front. The set is covered with a flat cover.

The main facade of the property is developed by a rectangular frontispiece in a vertical position, reaching two heights. The arrangement of the openings, the decorative works, the balcony and the curved front face achieve a balanced and harmonious facade.-Casa Plasencia (San Agustín, 53)

The main access door to the property is characterized by a folding leaf with square and rectangular frames. Each of the quarters is highly worked, with geometric relief decoration and organic decoration. Superiorly in the opening there is a glazed upright with external turned balusters. Above the access door is a rectangular window with a stone frame decorated with a curve base and countercurves. The opening is covered with a blind with folding slats. Above the window there is a stone carved in geometric shapes throughout its length.-Casa Plasencia (San Agustín, 53)
