Housing built in the eighteenth century, which originally presented an exterior to the mud jar style, but due to modifications made in the nineteenth and twentieth centuries, which mainly affected its facade, is currently presented with a more contemporary look.



Casa Peraza

The property, despite the interventions to which it has been subject, still presents some details of high heritage value in the composition of its facade. It is structured in two heights in which seven perfectly arranged bays are cut. Three on the ground floor, two doors and a window, where the entrance portal located in the center stands out, maintaining the originality of the property, since the other door-window is the result of an adaptation of the original window opening made in the twentieth century, to currently house a commercial establishment. The upper floor is composed of four wrought iron balconies, which replaced the original windows, the result of an important intervention carried out in the nineteenth century, these viewpoints, providing the house with privileged views towards the church of La Concepci n. In addition, it is worth noting the stone ledge that tops the facade, as well as the three wooden rulers that evacuate the water from the sloping roof with Arabic tile hidden behind the small parapet.
