CASA PARROQUIAL

Traditional housing consisting of two heights, and presents an L-shaped plant developed around a patio with open gallery on the ground floor and closed on the upper floor, which is supported by nine feet of tea that support on bases of stone. The gallery on the top floor is currently resolved with masonry rails, and large windows, replacing its original configuration made of wood.

The main façade is made up of ten ordered and practically symmetrical openings from the normal line that divides the facade into two parts. On the lower floor we find five openings, where the entrance hall is located in the center being on both sides of the two windows. the noble floor is presided over by the covered balcony, and on both sides there are two openings. From the main facade the balcony stands out as an architectural element of high patrimonial interest as well as the carpenter in all the windows and the entrance door.

Inside, located on the north side of the courtyard, the access staircase to the second floor appears, a piece that is unchanged. Inwardly, the mud jares roofs of the main rooms, where decorated almizates appear, stand out.

To finish off the property, it has a roof of Arab roof tile resolved to four waters with an eave formed by triple row of tiles, where it is possible to highlight the chimney at the west end, and the wooden rgolas.
