Dated in the twentieth century, specifically between the twenties and thirties. It was raised in the first day following the trace of its owners, the P rez Correa family, presenting similarities with some of the existing houses in the surroundings of the Church of Carmen and Plaza Garc a Estrada. Design or the housing of measured classicism, totally disorganized, saved the flown balconies of reinforced concrete with wrought iron siding and the existence of a parapet that delimits the roof towards the public vault. |

The property was developed on a total height of three floors, a staggered facade of one and two heights being observed from the public vault, the property being erected on a polygonal floor existing in the area of private public character a run-off balcony and currently missing there was a pergola and a patio. This characteristic plan form creates a unique property composed of several united modules. The arrangement of the gaps is neat where the window doors on the upper floor are located above the access doors. The facade is topped off with a cornice and on it a parapet. The walls are made by brick masonry and cement mortar, covering the different cracks by sloping flat tile roofs on a pair and row structure, the main module of two heights being in contact with the Puerto Franco street a flat roof Inside, the access ladder to the upper floor stands out and the volume is divided by wooden flooring. |
