The property has a traditional mud jar architecture, built in the 18th century, although existing in the urban plot of the Realejo Bajo as a long-term residential place. It is located at the beginning of Los Molinos Street, bordering the Plaza de San Sebasti n. |

Property mud jar for domestic use, of two heights, which presents a closed floor, structured around a small or Canarian patio with gallery. It emphasizes its exterior appearance, which, like the rest of the existing ones in the va, the main façade has a trapezoidal shape due to the steep slope of the street present in this area of the Realejo Bajo population. In it six openings are cut, three in the lower asymmetric part, with the entrance portal leading to the entrance hall to the house, and three sash windows in the noble floor. In the side facade on the upper floor there are three windows, the presence of these sash windows are the result of an intervention carried out in later centuries in which it was decided to modify the carpenters by applying those presented today. The facades are finished off with an eaves of the roof formed with a double row of roof tiles, the roofs of the different bodies that make up the building resolved to two, three and four waters with Arab roof tiles also being of great interest. |
