One of the best examples of ecological architecture in the street, reflecting the social position achieved by its owner. The property is dated at the beginning of the 20th century. It stands out for its construction systems and the use of reinforced concrete as a construction material (also used for the realization of decorative elements). The compositional simplicity and the figurative abstraction of the property where there is a fusion of aesthetic features and different influences encompass it within the typology of ecological real estate. In this way, the incipient ecological style incorporates new construction processes, structural systems and improvements in habitability.

The property is built on a 'L ' floor in two heights with an arrangement of the openings arranged. On the ground floor the access door to the different units is located, while on the upper floor there are the window doors with a small wrought iron screen that generates a small or non-viewing balcony. The openings are characterized by their slenderness, all made possible by the use of construction systems in structural elements based on reinforced concrete. Superiorly the property is covered with a sloping roof with four waters of flat tile, closed in a per meter with a parapet. As a decorative element, two cornices that delimit the first of the second floor and second floor of the roof area are installed on the facades. Inside it highlights the solution of an open corridor to the north, with a glazed gallery on a masonry sill and covered with a roof with three waters of flat tile. Inside stands out the access stairs to the second floor.

Situación

The façade is characterized by the orderly arrangement of the openings, the existing wrought iron clad on the second floor and the original carpentry being of important relevance. The façade is topped off with a ledge on which a parapet that conceals the sloping roof to four curved tile waters is located from the public vault.-Casa Juan González (García Estrada, 30)

The carpenter on the top floor is included in the typology of door-windows. It is made up of two folding blades composed of two parts, each with a wooden quarter and glazed guillotine sheets with interior lighters. Delimiting the access area to the outside as a balcony, a small decorative wrought iron fence is placed with plant and organic motifs. The outer frame is flat with a small decoration in the form of a border based on curves and countercurves.-Casa Juan González (García Estrada, 30)

The two-leaf doors are of elementary construction, based on three rectangular frames arranged vertically. It is little worked, it presents modest rectangular highlights that cover the entire quarter n. Superiorly there is a glazed upright. The existing windows on the ground floor are of elementary construction, two folding leaves decorated with two rectangular frames arranged vertically. It is little worked, it presents modest rectangular highlights that cover the entire quarter n. Lateral perspective where it is seen delimiting in the upper part the completion of the facade and the beginning of the parapet that delimits the sloping roof where a cornice is placed horizontally.
