This building constitutes a reference of traditional domestic architecture within the surroundings of the historic center of Realejo Alto, located on Avenida Tres de Mayo, with two heights and built at the end of the 18th century, continuing with the tradition of using mud jar n of the pair and row wooden structures with Arabic woven covering. During the end of the twentieth century he suffered the loss of part of his first crunch and the lateral body, due to a new project by the municipality of Avenida Tres de Mayo, converting an old servent to a pedestrian connection street between the Tres de Mayo Avenue and Canarias Avenue.



Casa Jiménez

Building that is currently configuring a corner with only one wall of mediator, presents a plant in 'L ' with two heights and houses a courtyard inside with galley flying over right feet that serves the rooms of the plant higher. The roofs of its main crust are resolved in the traditional way by the use of wooden structures of pair and row and covering of three-sided Arabic roof tile (resolved to four waters before the amputation of part of its crunch) main), topped in a two-tooth eave. Its main facade open to Avda. Tres de Mayo shows nine openings, four on the ground floor placing the main entrance centered, on the upper floor five rectangular lintel openings house windows with wooden carpenter with wooden sill of a quarter n Guillotine sheets with glazed fenestration. The side wing with a flat roof shows a façade of nine other openings with four openings on the ground floor consisting of a door and three windows and five windows on the upper floor with a factory rail and various opening systems showing three guillotine with fenestration glazed in its leaves and two located on the sides of glazed swinging leaves.
