Mud jar building dating from the seventeenth century, possibly intervened in the twentieth century altering its facade with the appearance of the garage door that does not exist at the origin of this property.

The house has a plant in 'L ' with backyard, it has two heights in all its volume. The property is built between medians, where the height of the main facade presents a small jump due probably to be adapted to the inclined profile of the street. The messy openings typical of the era have a traditional style carpentry of great interest, in addition to the carpenter, it also highlights the Arabic tile roof with an eave formed by triple row of tiles finishing off the facade.

Inside, there are architectural elements such as the main entrance hall to the house, the hydraulic pavements with floral motifs installed already entered the 20th century, the carpets, and the structure in wood of pair and row with which the cover, which has in some rooms a carved almizate of great interest.

17th-century mud jar building, as evidenced by the disorderly openings of the time, which have a traditional-style carpenter of great interest. The main part of the window has a shutter on each leaf, an element that serves to let the air through as well as to regulate the entry of light. The lid sheets and the shutters are formed by frames that have a geometric layout.-Casa J. Albelo

The window located on the lower floor is currently on the sidewalk, due to the interventions carried out on the roads causing a considerable rise in level, a problem that presents other properties on this street.-Casa J. Albelo
