The house is dated in the seventeenth century, although partially intervened in its facade throughout the nineteenth century. Historically, the property is included in the mud jar style with an intimate relationship between its architectural forms and its functionality, with clear and precise functional schemes, with wide walls that allow to hold the thrusts and give useful spaces. Its architectural composition recalls the essence of this style, not only for the materials used, but for the balanced composition of its openings depending on the uses intended by plant.

It is a simple two-storey building that adapts to the orography of the land. It stands on a rectangular floor by stone and mud walls, covering the whole with a flat roof. Structurally, the two floors are separated and divided by a harness made of beams and wooden planking. The upper floor is intended for habitual family units, while the lower floor is used as storage units. The facade of access to the public vap is rectangular on the upper floor and while the lower one adapts to the ground, on the north facade is where the division in two height is most clearly appreciated. The arrangement of the gaps is ordered on the upper floor and somewhat more randomly on the ground floor according to the functions to which the units were assigned.

The existing windows on the top floor, as a relationship between the property and the road, are formed by three clearly differentiated parts. In the lower part there is a fixed part called sill with relief geometric molding. The central part of the set is made up of the swinging leaves, divided into three rectangular frames. In the upper part there is a glazed upright that allows access to the light inside. The whole set is finished off with a flat frame.-Casa Higa, 8

In the door the same decoration system is repeated as in the windows, forming a compositional set. The door is made of a folding sheet, consisting of rectangular frames arranged vertically and horizontally. In the upper part there is a glazed upright that allows access to the light inside.-Casa Higa, 8

The most original character windows follow the same design as the previous ones, divided into the same three clearly differentiated parts. The whole set is finished off with a flat frame. In the lower part of the window there is a fixed wooden sill with embossed geometric molding. In the central part there are two folding leaves decorated with rectangular frames with relief geometric molding, uniquely characterized by having a small shutter. In the upper part it is located with an open upright with vertical bars of square section.-Casa Higa, 8
