Dated in the 18th century, this property is an example of traditional mud jar architecture. Despite being currently in an urban environment, its original function was linked to the work of the field. Historically, the property is encompassed within style by having a marked architectural features closely linked between its forms and its functionality, with clear and precise functional schemes, with wide walls that allow to hold the thrusts and give space consisting of a single crunch. . The simplicity of the property denotes its rural character despite being in an urban environment. It stands on a height of two floors on a rectangular surface, erected by walls of stones and mud. The house adapts to the orography of the land, accessing the upper floor by means of a small staircase attached to the east facade (later a new staircase of modern and timeless character is attached to the facade to the creation of the property ). The arrangement of the openings is arbitrary with carpenters of very simple and humble characteristics. Inside, the upper floor was used for family housing, while the ground floor was used for storage. The structural division between the two floors is done by a wooden beams composed of beams and a planking. The whole property is covered with a four-water roof made of a pair and row wooden structure with curved tiles. |
