This property forms an architectural unit with the one registered with the number 17, as evidenced by the roof, since it can be seen from the outside that they share the structure of it. It is a mud jar building built in the 18th century, which in the 20th century was segregated, currently forming two houses. |

The mud jar style house is structured in two heights, where its main facade is composed of six openings, three doors on the ground floor, and three windows on the top floor, highlighting the applied carpenter. In the twentieth century a window hole is adapted to accommodate a garage door due to the needs of the owners, thus altering the original configuration presented by the facade. In its plan view, it presents an irregular shape, where the first crust stands out as an element of heritage value, solved with a wooden structure of pair and row decorated with a carved starch of great interest, three waters with Arabic tile, flying on the vertical of the facade with a triple-row tile eave. |
