This property forms an architectural unit with the one registered with the number 19, as evidenced by the roof, since it can be seen from the outside that they share the structure of it. It is a mud jar building built in the 18th century, which in the 20th century was segregated, currently forming two houses. The property has known in recent decades important transformations to house on its ground floor a restaurant. |

The mud jar-style property is structured in two heights, where its main façade is composed of four openings, two doors on the ground floor, and two windows on the upper floor resolved with a traditional wooden carpentry. At present, the ground floor is somewhat altered by the need to practice new access points since it houses a restaurant, only the upper floor for residential use. In its view in the area, it presents an irregular shape, where the first creak, resolved with three waters, stands out as an element of heritage value, finishing off the facade with a triple-row tile eave. |
