Within the buildings raised during the twentieth century on El Medio de Arriba street, it is worth mentioning this one, built in the thirties and with traces of a moderate eclecticism that gives way to new rationalist ideas in those decades. Constituted by the composition of two pieces on the facade, which is solved with a moderate decoration and the magnificence of its balconies appears as a relevant piece.



Casa Guache

Construction that should be configured by a rectangular floor that encloses an interior patio of lights, with two heights and flat roof. The main Fachada o frontispicio de una fábrica o de otra cosa.

These openings of marked verticality, contribute greater size to the building and are framed by flat cement molding. On the upper floor, a linear cornice runs along the two balconies with a laughter to which the two and four open openings in the composition are grouped together. The facade is topped by a rhomboidal jealousy with pilasters.
