Of the original property, only its main facade is preserved, one of the most interesting facades in the area. Behind the facade was erected to a house with wooden floors and sloping roofs of flat tile. It was originally erected by the Garc family at the beginning of the 20th century, a family among which are some of the mayors of the former Realejo Bajo. Originally the house has a terrace in the front and emptying the interior at the beginning of the 21st century. It stands out for its construction systems and the use of reinforced concrete as a construction material (also used for the realization of decorative elements). The compositional simplicity and the figurative abstraction of the property where there is a fusion of aesthetic features and different influences encompass it within the typology of ecological real estate. In this way, the incipient ecological style incorporates new construction processes, structural systems and improvements in habitability.

Currently only the facade is preserved from the original building, although originally it was built on a rectangular floor, in a unique height. Behind the facade stood a house with wooden floors and sloping roofs of flat tile. Regarding its facade, it is erected by modern materials, reinforced concrete and cement mortar, which allows the opening of three large openings. The openings are singularly composed of a semicircular arch that encompasses or frames two other pointed arches where the windows are located with stained glass windows at the top. The facade is topped off with a parapet on a ledge, three sections adorned with balusters are articulated on the parapet.

The main facade that is preserved is of a height, the only element that is preserved. In her three ordered bays are articulated, topping off the facade a parapet with balustrade.-Casa García (La Alhóndiga, 25)
